The most scrapped Vauxhall to come through our system was the Corsa, accounting for 30% of all Vauxhall we helped scrap. The Astra came a close second at 27%, with the Zafira the next most common at 12%.

Based on the data we have seen, a Vauxhall will, on average, last around 17 years before it needs to be scrapped. The most common models tended to be scrapped around 16 years old, but the data gets slightly skewed to 17 based on some of the older discontinued models that continued to be on the road like Cavaliers, Omegas and Calibras.
