About Dreams Come True
Dreams Come True are a UK children’s charity with the mission of enriching the lives of children and young people with serious and life-limiting conditions across the country by making their dreams come true. They have fulfilled over 5,000 dreams for children and young people as well as their friends, family and carers. By providing unforgettable experiences they create long-lasting memories to share and experience with families, loved ones and friends. Because every dream is unique, they create bespoke experiences and dreams to suit any child or young person. Dreams can vary vastly, from wishing to meet an idol or Disney character, to visiting grandparents abroad or working on a fashion magazine. Dreams Come True also help with everyday living too, by providing vital sensory equipment such as; wheelchairs or specially adapted bicycles.

The Dreams Come True Mission is to enable children and young people with serious and life-limiting conditions to fulfil their personal dreams. Their core commitments are:
