Do I need to be present for collection?
Sometimes, but a family member or friend can hand over the vehicle on your behalf if they have a signed note stating you are happy for them to do so and a form of identification. What paperwork is needed?

How is payment for my vehicle made?
Payment is made via one of the following two methods:

All of our buyers go through stringent background checks and their payment methods have been verified. Payments made via cheque will clear to your account within three working days.
BACS: BACS payment is used when payment is made at the time of collection.
